Van Herck - Eykelberg is a private art gallery focused on international modern art and Belgian art of all periods. When dealing in art we emphasize quality and the historical context of the artworks.

We aim to establish long-lasting relationships with our clients and to work in depth on a personal basis. Our clients range from private collectors to museums, from fellow galleries to art dealers.

Until 2021 the gallery had a conservation studio with an outstanding reference list including the restoration of works by Peter Paul Rubens, Anthony Van Dyck, Jacob Jordaens, Frans Hals, Pieter Brueghel the Younger, Jan Brueghel the Elder, James Ensor, Theo Van Rysselberghe, Gerhard Richter and Lucio Fontana.

The Van Herck family has been active in the art sector since the mid-19th century. Previous generations of the family established a number of different art collections that were in 1996 for a large part acquired by the King Baudouin Foundation (https://vanherck.collectionkbf.be/). The Van Herck family archives were donated in different phases to the Rubenianum in Antwerp.
